I have lived in Las Vegas since 1980 which has given me the ability to watch the town grow from a collection of small communities into the sprawling landscape that exists today. However; I still see people that I graduated High School with after many years which shows what a small town we still live in and love. Having grown with the town, my family cannot imagine living anywhere else. Don't get me wrong, we like to visit other places but Las Vegas is home!

Walk for Wishes

The 13th Annual Walk For Wishes walk is scheduled for February 1, 2014.  Walk for Wishes is one of Make-A-Wish’s most important fundraising events and funds generated from the walk help grant wishes for local children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Our family has been the recipient of a wish due to the generosity of our wonderful community.  The joy that is shared by all parties involved is truly contagious.  If you would like more information concerning how to participate please click the link below.

Mount Charleston

Mount Charleston has been a retreat for the residents of Las Vegas since my arrival here in 1980.  We as a community have never seen our beloved mountain in this type of jeopardy before.  Thank you to all the firefighters, volunteers and those who took the time to donate to the relief effort.  The fire is now 70% contained and the residents of the mountain are being able to return home.  I for one will appreciate this refuge more than usual!

Happy 2013 Las Vegas

As we embark upon a New Year we are reminded to stop and remember all the struggles and triumphs that we have endured.  Personally as a family we have faced some seriously difficult medical issues as well as the start of a new business that my husband has been striving toward for many years.  This year my goal is to change my mentality from survival mode to thrive mode, not only for me personally but also for my clients.  Please join me in making 2013 the best yet!
