The Vistas Village: Summerlin
Keeping with our breakdown of the Summerlin Villages, let’s talk about the Vistas. The Vistas was developed in 2000 and is located in the western corridor of the master-planned community of Summerlin. This 815-acre village is neighbored by the Paseos, the Arbors, and Summerlin Centre. You can find single and multi-family neighborhoods within this gorgeous community.
There are many things that make The Vista a magical place to live. But one of the things that makes it literally stand out from all the other Summerlin Villages is the 48ft tall clock towers that rise to greet you at the north and southern borders of this village. Standing in between the two towers is Vista Park and community center, … best shopping areas in Summerlin, and entertainment areas. There are many different activities and living amenities that make the Vistas, but first, let’s break down the real estate.
