This up-and-coming neighborhood began building in 2017 and only just recently sold its last construction home. So while you may still see construction in the area, they are finishing the building of those final homes that sold. Even the exquisitely furnished model homes are sold. However, resale homes are still coming on the market, so you are still in luck finding your house in Reverence. Located in South Summerlin along the Red Rock Canyon border, Reverence in Summerlin is so secluded, you might miss it if you didn’t know where to look.
Things To Do in Reverence Summerlin
Just a short drive to the 215 and the residents of Reverence in Summerlin have access to all the things that make Las Vegas wonderful. There are several gated communities located within Reverence and a staff-gated community for that extra level of privacy and security. If you live within the staff-gated area, you will have access to a 9,500 square foot recreation center with a lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and pickleball courts.
Outdoor Activities
There are many different activities within the community, including a clubhouse, that beautiful and exclusive recreation center I just mentioned, and other community centers with pools and parks located within Summerlin that you have access to as a resident of Reverence. Don’t forget about the trails! Reverence has trails right outside the community for walking, hiking, and biking. And to top it off, Red Rock Canyon is just a short car ride away. And if you have a chance, check out Buckskin Cliff Shadows loop trail; it’s fabulous. Reverence is also home to many parks, including bug playgrounds, running tracks, basketball courts, grass areas with picnic benches, and beautiful Southern Nevada scenery.
Indoor Activities
If you’re looking for something more indoors, Reverence is just a stone’s throw from Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, which comes complete with fine dining, a bowling alley, a movie theater, outdoor pools, and even a child care center. And who could forget about the Downtown Summerlin Mall (with dining), which is also just a short drive and features lots of shopping, a luxury seating movie theater where you can buy cocktails and snacks, and fine and casual dining experiences.
