Some may think all the luxury hot spots are on the Strip, but you’d be wrong. Summerlin and Henderson are home to some of the best luxurious neighborhoods Las Vegas has to offer! Luxury Summerlin Neighborhoods
The Summit
Located on the west side of town, the Summit is home to 555 acres of desert landscape with 260 unique luxury homes. Some call it Las Vegas’ most exclusive golf community, and it’s located just minutes from Red Rock and the Las Vegas strip. Amenities include a Tom Fazio-designed course, a clubhouse, tennis, pickleball, and exclusive walking trails.
Homes at The Summit include both club village homes, golf cottages, desert bungalows, and 150 custom homesites, all built behind a 24-hour guard gated community. Homes are carefully situated to maximize views of Red Rock and the famous Strip.
Mesa Ridge
Nestled near the Spring Mountain Ridgeline, Mesa Ridge offers both beautiful mountain views and a modern luxury lifestyle. This staff gated community includes three collections of one- and two-story homes, and 10 home designs. Open floor plans with unique home designs make these homes modern and stylish. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fire pits, outdoor kitchen, social lounge, fitness center, as well as access to all the other amazing Summerlin amenities in the area.
Bellacere
The Canyons Village in Summerlin features a luxury neighborhood called Bellacere, and it comes complete with custom homes, a private tennis court, and lush tree-lined streets for a private family home life. For the golf lovers, Bellacere is bordered by several holes of TPC Las Vegas in the north, and the Badlands Golf Club is a short distance to the south.
Bellacere is guard-gated and features 54 homes built between 2000 and 2007. There aren’t too many homes for sale in Bellacere at any given time and the custom home prices start at around $1.5 million but can reach into the multi-million dollar range. It’s a great private neighborhood with easy access to many of Summerlin’s greatest amenities.
The Ridges
Summerlin is a popular spot for luxury real estate, and The Ridges are no exception. This luxury Vegas neighborhood is known for having a high concentration of beautiful custom homes, with price points for these custom homes ranging from $1 million to $10 million or more.
The Ridges Las Vegas has been described as an exclusive enclave of custom homesites and luxury homes that promise to satisfy even the most refined tastes. Redefine luxury living in Las Vegas with a style of casual desert sophistication that must be seen to be appreciated.
The Paseos
Paseo Village is a prestigious Summerlin neighborhood that is smack dab in the middle of all the awesome Summerlin action. The residents of this neighborhood are just a couple of miles from shopping, dining, the Las Vegas Ballpark, and the home of the Vegas Golden Knights practice facility. But the Paseos has so much more to offer than prime location.
Paseo Village started with Paseo park, and it is over 12 acres. The Paseo Trail system is a special connection system between individual neighborhoods and many of the large Paseo parks. Red Rock Country Club
Red Rock Country Club features two guard-gated communities built around two 18-hole Arnold Palmer championship golf courses – one public and one private. The Country Club offers members exclusive access to golf, tennis, the sports club, and fine dining. And if you are looking for jaw-dropping views of Red Rock Canyon, the Vegas Valley, and the Strip, this neighborhood has it all.
Keep in mind that if you’re purchasing in Red Rock Country Club, while technically due to location it is in Summerlin, you will not have the coveted Summerlin resident card, which gives access to the Summerlin community centers and special events, including Summerlin Little League.
Real estate within Red Rock includes 87 custom homes and 1000 single-family homes. House prices can range from $1 million to $5 million or more.
Reverence
Reverence in Summerlin is one of the most secluded luxury neighborhoods in Southern Nevada. It is tucked into the mountains and along the Red Rock Canyon border, and the median home price for these luxurious homes is over $1.1 million.
When you live in the Reverence Sumerlin gated community, you even have access to the community exclusive 9,500 square foot recreation center with lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and pickleball courts. Lake Las Vegas
Lake Las Vegas is a lake community in the middle of the desert, located on the southeast side of town. This beautiful community features multiple private gated neighborhoods with houses, condos, and townhouses for sale ranging from $500,000 to multi-millions. Beautiful home lots are strategically placed throughout the community that offer the most spectacular views of Lake Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip.

MacDonald Highlands
Henderson, Nevada, has more than one world-class neighborhood. We can’t forget to talk about the gem that is MacDonald Highlands. Planned to be one of the lowest-density luxury communities in Southern Nevada, MacDonald Highlands has some of the most spacious and beautiful real estate in the State of Nevada. If you are looking for some of the best views of the fabulous Las Vegas Strip you are in the right neighborhood. It was even home to one of the richest women in the world, Walmart heir Nancy Walton Laurie, who purchased a home here for $17.5 million in 2007.
MacDonald Highlands features a top-notch clubhouse with a ballroom, swimming pool, and establishments for fine dining, private dining, and family dining, as well as a sports bar. The Dragonridge Country Club also features a state-of-the-art fitness center and an 18-hole championship golf course. The community also features several recreational areas, such as parks, gardens, and scenic trails. The lots here typically range from 4,500 square feet to 7,000 square feet in size, and the prices at MacDonald Highlands start at about $600,000 and can go up to the tens-of-millions, depending on the size of the lot and the custom design of your home.
Ascaya
Ascaya is a private luxury community situated above the Las Vegas valley, with panoramic views of the Strip and the surrounding mountains. In other words, the homes at Ascaya feature awe-inspiring views from every angle. The average home price of this luxury neighborhood starts in the millions and includes both custom home lots and accelerated custom homes that are nearly move-in-ready.
Ascaya homes start around $800,000 and regularly go for nearly $10 million or more. The Ascaya experience includes the 23,000 square foot Clubhouse with fitness center, pool, private cabanas, tennis pavilion, basketball, food and beverage service, and a private event space available only for Ascaya residents.
Seven Hills
Tucked in the southern foothills of Henderson lives a 1300 acre master plan community called Seven Hills. This community is home to 25 luxury neighborhoods with home styles ranging from condos and single-family homes to custom and semi-custom home lots. Within Seven Hills, you will find 3,000 homes and condos and approximately 300 guard-gated custom homes.

Queensridge
Queensridge is a 24-7 guard gated community known for its custom homes in the sky. And if you’re looking for a $16 million home in Southern Nevada, this neighborhood has it. House prices start at around $600,000, but most semi-custom and custom homes in this luxury neighborhood are multi-millions.
Queensridge is arguably one of the most centrally located luxurious neighborhoods in Las Vegas. The neighborhood is cozy but close to some amazing amenities, including golf at Badlands Golf Club. Homes here give you a taste of Europe and are situated on oversized lots with views of the Spring Mountains, Red Rock Canyon, and the Las Vegas Strip.
Southern Highlands
Southern Highlands is regarded as one of the best places to raise a family in Las Vegas. Located on the south side of the valley, this neighborhood is home to luxury lots, new homes, and resale homes ranging from $500,000 to over $11 million.
